About Us

The alchemy of baking has always fascinated me. My mother and elder sister were my first inspiration. They showed my how the right ingredients and a little love went a long way to making a wonderful baked goodie. My love of baking was rekindled when I had kids of my own. I started seeing how to make cakes, cookies and breads better for my family. The word spread and I went from baking for only friends and family to starting my own home venture in 2015. It's been 5 years of working with the most wonderful clients who I consider my BakeAway family, creating the most amazing cakes and bakes, being featured in a newspaper for BakeAway's signature fusion flavours and so much more! 
At Bake Away you can expect nothing but the best, be it the ingredients used, the attention to detail or the flavour combinations. I make sure no harsh chemical additives or artificial preservatives are used in any of my bakes. I love working with kids and adults to create the cakes of their dreams.
